The Opportunity

\n

As an Analyst, you’ll join one of our established specialist recruitment teams, aligned to a specific market from day one. Your desk will be determined before you join, based on your strengths, interests, and business needs, allowing you to develop deep market expertise and build your own successful business.

\n

\n

You’ll begin with our 12-week Accelerator program , designed to build on your existing sales experience and equip you with the skills, knowledge, and tools needed to succeed in a 360 recruitment role. From there, you’ll transition into your specialist team with ongoing coaching, mentorship, and support.

\n

\n

What You’ll Be Doing

\n

\n

This is a fast-paced, sales-driven role where you’ll use your existing commercial experience while developing new skills in relationship management, negotiation, and business development.

\n

\n

You will:

\n

\n
• Identify, engage, and build relationships with high-quality candidates through calls, LinkedIn, and referrals
\n
• Develop client relationships and generate new business through proactive sales and business development
\n
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to negotiating and closing placements
\n
• Build market expertise and advise clients and candidates as a trusted partner
\n
• Negotiate fees, offers, and contracts to deliver successful outcomes
\n
• Grow your desk by generating leads, developing relationships, and identifying commercial opportunities
\n

What We’re Looking For

\n

You have approximately two years of sales experience and are ready to channel that experience into a career with greater earning potential, ownership, and opportunities for progression.

You’re commercially minded, motivated by targets, and enjoy the challenge of building relationships and winning business. You bring resilience, confidence, and a competitive edge, but you’re equally coachable and eager to keep learning.

\n

\n
