This is a full-time on-site role for a Risk Manager, based in Tulsa, OK. The Risk Manager will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and managing potential risks to the organization’s operations, personnel, and assets. This includes developing and implementing risk management strategies, monitoring compliance with safety regulations, conducting risk assessments, and preparing mitigation plans. The role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure compliance with industry standards and to promote a culture of safety and risk awareness.

• Risk assessment, risk management, and compliance knowledge
• Proficiency in the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies
• Understanding of safety regulations and industry standards
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities
• Prior experience in a similar role, especially within the energy or drilling industry, is highly desirable
• Proficiency with risk management tools and software is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certification (e.g., CRM, ARM) is a plus
