Helena Motors is looking to expand their Service BDC department. The ServiceBDCRepresentativeisresponsibleforhandlingallinboundandoutboundcommunicationfortheservice
departmenttoensureanexceptionalcustomerexperience.Thisrolefocusesonschedulingserviceappointments,answeringcustomerinquiries,followinguponrecommendedmaintenance,andhelpingdrivetraffictotheservice
department. Strongcommunication,organizationalskills,andattentiontodetailareessential.
KeyResponsibilities
- Handleallincomingservicecallspromptlyandprofessionally.
- ScheduleandconfirmcustomerserviceappointmentsusingthedealershipsCRM/DMSsystems.
- Makeoutboundcallstofollowupondeclinedservices,missedappointments,andrecommendedmaintenance.
- Maintainaccuratecustomerrecordsandappointmentnotes.
- Respondtoonlineserviceinquiriesandfollowupwithleadsinatimelymanner.
- Communicateclearlywithserviceadvisorsandmanagementregardingschedulingandcustomerneeds.
- Achieveproductivityandappointment - settinggoalsasassigned.
- AssistwithCSI (CustomerSatisfactionIndex)follow - uptoensureapositivecustomerexperience.
- Performotheradministrativeorsupportdutiesasassigned.
Qualifications
- Highschooldiplomaorequivalentrequired.
- Previouscallcenter,customerservice,ordealershipexperiencepreferred.
- Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills.
- ProficientinMicrosoftOfficeandabilitytolearndealershipCRMandschedulingsoftware.
- Organizedwithastrongattentiontodetail.
- Abilitytomultitaskinafast -pacedenvironment.
- Friendly,professionaldemeanorandstrongcustomerservicemindset.

MondaythroughFriday,with
