Service Business Development Center Representative

Salary: $18-$22

Helena Motors is looking to expand their Service BDC department. The ServiceBDCRepresentativeisresponsibleforhandlingallinboundandoutboundcommunicationfortheservice

departmenttoensureanexceptionalcustomerexperience.Thisrolefocusesonschedulingserviceappointments,answeringcustomerinquiries,followinguponrecommendedmaintenance,andhelpingdrivetraffictotheservice

department. Strongcommunication,organizationalskills,andattentiontodetailareessential.

KeyResponsibilities

Handleallincomingservicecallspromptlyandprofessionally.
ScheduleandconfirmcustomerserviceappointmentsusingthedealershipsCRM/DMSsystems.
Makeoutboundcallstofollowupondeclinedservices,missedappointments,andrecommendedmaintenance.
Maintainaccuratecustomerrecordsandappointmentnotes.
Respondtoonlineserviceinquiriesandfollowupwithleadsinatimelymanner.
Communicateclearlywithserviceadvisorsandmanagementregardingschedulingandcustomerneeds.
Achieveproductivityandappointment - settinggoalsasassigned.
AssistwithCSI (CustomerSatisfactionIndex)follow - uptoensureapositivecustomerexperience.
Performotheradministrativeorsupportdutiesasassigned.

Qualifications

Highschooldiplomaorequivalentrequired.
Previouscallcenter,customerservice,ordealershipexperiencepreferred.
Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills.
ProficientinMicrosoftOfficeandabilitytolearndealershipCRMandschedulingsoftware.
Organizedwithastrongattentiontodetail.
Abilitytomultitaskinafast -pacedenvironment.
Friendly,professionaldemeanorandstrongcustomerservicemindset.

MondaythroughFriday,with
