At Fasteners Inc., accuracy starts at the back door. As a Warehouse Receiver, you are the first checkpoint for every product that enters the building. Your attention to detail ensures inventory is correct, accounted for, and ready to support both the warehouse and the retail teams.

• Receive and check in all purchase orders and deliveries accurately.
• Unload delivery and transfer trucks safely and efficiently.
• Verify quantities, part numbers, and condition of incoming products.
• Accurately notate any issues including shortages and damages on the delivery receipts.
• Receive transfer orders into inventory accurately.
• Report and resolve receiving discrepancies immediately.
• Label and place products in the correct locations for stocking.
• Ensure all paperwork for received product is completed correctly.
• Keep the receiving area clean, organized, and clear.
• Communicate any issues to management promptly.
• Assist with additional warehouse tasks and projects as needed including cross training other warehouse roles.
• Follow safety, inventory, and quality procedures—because doing it right always wins.
• Additional tasks can be assigned by either supervisors or managers

• Process all deliveries and transfers the same day they arrive.
• Match all received items to the purchase order before placing them in the appropriate area for stocking.
• Inspect and notate any deliveries as needed.
• Receive in product using a scanner/computer accurately and in a timely manner.
• Keep the receiving area neat and free of clutter throughout the shift.
• Address discrepancies immediately—do not let them carry over to the next day.
• Stay focused, productive, and moving throughout the day.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Receiving, stocking, or inventory experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in accurate work.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable following written and verbal instructions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Operate a forklift (certification done on site)

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, reach, and move throughout the warehouse.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to safely use carts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment.
• Ability to use handheld scanners throughout the shift.
• Ability to climb ladders consistently throughout the shift.

Schedule

• Shifts can be scheduled Mon-Sat anytime between 4am-7pm
• Individual schedules will be set by your manager, but will typically remain consistent
• 35-40hr + time availability in a week
• Overtime scheduled as required
