About the role: You will partner closely with Account Executives as the primary technical and solution lead on assigned opportunities. You own the technical side of the pre-sales process: how opportunities are qualified, how POCs and demos are scoped, and how we engage customers so that every interaction reflects a consistent, high bar. As the technical lead for assigned opportunities, you will drive pre-sales strategy, serve as the primary technical presenter in customer meetings and events, and help map mutual value that leads to successful long-term partnerships.

What you will do:

\n

•     Demonstrations and technical deep-dives. Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, technical deep-dives covering UDMS and SCE and lead architecture conversations.

\n

•     POC scoping and solution architecture. Build a working understanding of each customer’s clinical data management, statistical programming, and regulatory submission process to design POCs with defined success criteria.

\n

•     Proposals and solutioning. Contribute to technical proposals, RFP responses, and solution design documents.

\n

•     Market presence. Present at webinars, trade shows, and conferences as a subject-matter expert.

\n

•     Domain authority. Stay current on CDISC standards, statistical computing practice, ICH/GCP, AI/ML in regulated environments, and the competitive landscape; and feed what you learn back to Product and Sales.

What we look for

\n

\n
• 8+ years in clinical development, clinical data management, statistical programming, or enterprise systems supporting clinical trials, with meaningful customer-facing pre-sales or solution consulting experience in eClinical / clinical technology preferred.
\n
• Hands-on SAS, R, or Python and direct experience producing SDTM/ADaM datasets or TLFs.
\n
• Experience selling into enterprise pharma or CRO procurement, security review, and validation cycles.
\n
• Strong working knowledge of the clinical trial data lifecycle, CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM), EDC/CDMS platforms, data integration challenges, and regulatory submission requirements.

• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for both technical and executive audiences.
\n
• Presence that holds up in the room: you can stand alongside senior sellers and enterprise buyers and maintain rigor under pressure.
\n
• Self-motivated, able to work autonomously across multiple opportunities, and comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
\n
• Excellent verbal and written English.
