Key Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy and mental health services to patients diagnosed with various conditions, including anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
• Conduct in-depth assessments of patients' mental health, emotional well-being, and social dynamics to tailor treatment approaches.
• Develop and continuously refine individualized treatment plans that reflect patients' unique needs, preferences, and cultural backgrounds.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care doctors, to create a holistic treatment strategy.
• Monitor patient progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on therapeutic feedback and clinical responsiveness.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits
