Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. The PTA will implement treatment plans under a Physical Therapist’s direction to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. Responsibilities include assisting with evaluations, providing therapeutic exercises and modalities, documenting progress, and educating patients and families. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a patient-centered, integrity-driven culture that promotes mentorship, clinical development, and quality outcomes for older adults.
