Collision General Manager

Position Summary General Manager – responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience while leading and maintaining the day‑to‑day operation of the collision centre in compliance with established policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan. Plan and manage the annual and monthly operating budget of the collision centre. Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives. Deliver formal annual performance reviews and informal monthly performance reviews. Monitor and maintain all A/P and A/R related to the collision centre. Maintain a clean and organized repair facility at all times. Monitor all maintenance required for shop equipment, including the paint booth. Provide training for all staff as necessary. Ensure all staff wear proper safety gear and adhere to dress code. Open and close the facility daily as per established procedures. Conduct or coordinate daily production meetings/walks to confirm throughput and delivery dates. Manage all estimates to ensure labor mix is within established standards. Manage store capacity. Lead and manage all repair‑facility personnel. Facilitate monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings. Attend monthly managers meetings and training sessions recommended by senior leadership. Review and follow up on store CSI performance within 24 hours. Education & Experience Post‑secondary education or equivalent. Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or a similar role. Skills & Abilities Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. Ability to consistently demonstrate a successful client experience. Clear verbal and written communication skills. Ability to motivate others using effective coaching tools and management skills. Compensation $68,000 – $97,000, plus 25% annually and potential bonus opportunities tied to individual or business initiatives.
