Project Management Senior Associate

Location: Onsite - Holly Springs, NC (EST preferred) Employment Type: Contingent Worker (Contract, W2) Contract Length: 7 months (possible extension) Compensation: $51/$56 per hour (based on experience) Summary of the Role As a Senior Project Management Coordinator, you will support a big biopharma leader's North Carolina site by supporting Human Resources initiatives. This highly organized role focuses on project coordination, workforce planning, metrics tracking, and event logistics to enable strategic planning and organizational effectiveness. You will support cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, ensuring strong project execution and reporting visibility. Key Responsibilities Maintain project dashboards, metric reports, presentations, and documentation for visibility and performance tracking Coordinate workforce planning activities, including hiring plans, staffing forecasts, and resource tracking Partner with stakeholders on recruiting operations to support business objectives Organize logistics for talent events, workshops, leadership meetings, and engagement activities Schedule meetings, coordinate vendors, manage onsite arrangements, and ensure event preparation Maintain and update project schedules, action logs, and risk trackers Proactively identify and address operational risks, gaps, and process improvement opportunities Assist with the implementation of process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives Required Experience & Skills Experience in project coordination and reporting Skilled in event, workshop, and logistics coordination Strong background in process improvement and stakeholder engagement Proficiency in workforce planning and metrics tracking Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational and communication skills Top 3 Must Have Skills Project Coordination & Reporting Event & Workshop Logistics Process Improvement & Stakeholder Engagement Day-to-Day Responsibilities Maintain dashboards, metric reports, and communications to support project visibility Coordinate workforce planning, hiring plans, and recruiting operations Lead logistics and arrangements for key events and workshops Track project schedules and proactively monitor risks and process improvements Basic Qualifications Master degree Bachelor degree and 2 years of experience Associate degree and 6 years of experience High school diploma / GED and 8 years of experience This posting is for Contingent Worker, not an FTE #J-18808-Ljbffr Advanced Bio-Logic Solutions Corp
