Our property reflects the city’s spirit of community, industry, and creativity. Position Overview We are looking for a highly motivated, customer‑focused Bartender to join our team! The Bartender will deliver memorable hospitality to guests, creating genuine connections and engaging service from the initial greeting to departure. The role requires quick responsiveness, an engaging attitude, and a dedication to creating exceptional guest experiences. Your Role Greet guests as they arrive or move about the bar area Maintain proper and adequate set‑up of the bar daily Guide guests on their beverage journey through descriptive selling of the menu Be accurate in order taking, confirming all special requests Be the master of the bar, understanding details to enhance conversation Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff Assist guests with concerns, guiding them to resolution that leaves them happy Finalize the experience with timely and accurate bill presentation Requisition and stock beer, wine, spirits Maintain stock, cutting, and storing of fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily to ensure product quality Mix, garnish, and present drinks following standard ingredient recipes and practicing portion control Enter orders into a register at the point of sale and create a check for each guest Lock up and store all beverages, food and other equipment, deposit cash drops, and secure bank What We’re Looking For An engaging and welcoming personality Current bartender’s certification or appropriate license Knowledgeable in latest mixology trends Descriptive and sales‑oriented communication 2‑4 years of bartender experience Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment Passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests Excellent communication skills Compensation $ $ Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location.
