Solterra Wellness Club is hiring an Ohio-licensed massage therapist for our founding full-time W-2 team. Opening October 2026 at The Galaxy at Polaris, Solterra brings together movement, recovery, massage, skin health, medical wellness, and thoughtful hospitality.

A TRUE 40-HOUR FULL-TIME ROLE

This position provides 40 scheduled work hours each week. Your schedule will include hands-on client appointments as well as paid responsibilities that help build and operate the massage program, such as treatment-room preparation and reset, linens and supplies, client follow-up, events and community outreach, booking support, education, and collaboration with the wider Solterra team.

Appointment volume will grow after opening, but the role is designed to provide meaningful paid work throughout the full weekly schedule. Some evening and weekend availability will be required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Deliver personalized massage supporting relaxation, recovery, mobility, pain relief, and stress reduction.
• Conduct thoughtful intakes, review contraindications, confirm goals and pressure preferences, and provide appropriate aftercare.
• Maintain clean, calm, organized, guest-ready treatment spaces.
• Create a consistent experience that encourages rebooking and long-term client relationships.
• Participate in client follow-up, events, outreach, launch support, and other paid responsibilities within the massage program.
• Collaborate with Solterra's movement, recovery, skin-health, and wellness teams.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Current Ohio Massage Therapy License in active good standing.
• At least one year of professional massage experience preferred.
• Strong hands-on skills and an adaptable, client-centered approach.
• Professional, reliable, punctual, warm, and hospitality-minded.
• Availability for a consistent 40-hour weekly schedule, including selected evenings and weekends.
• Specialized training in therapeutic, deep-tissue, sports/recovery, myofascial, trigger-point, prenatal, lymphatic, or related modalities is valued.

COMPENSATION AND PERKS

• Full-time W-2 employee position.
• Estimated total earnings of $45–$75 per booked service hour, including service compensation and tips.
• Therapists retain 100% of client tips.
