As Network Supervisor, you will implement, maintain, and support PSA BDP International's global network infrastructure, oversee implementation of technology, provide individual contributor input on architecture and engineering deliverables, and ensure operations of network infrastructure technology across enterprise data centers. Responsibilities Work with group leaders to achieve common goals. Ensure team and platform support meets service level agreements. Lead and mentor team members in lifecycle support of the network and its management systems, collaborating with operations teams to improve system availability and efficiencies. Develop network architecture designs, studies, and plans; support design, test readiness, and operational readiness reviews. Develop, implement, and manage network engineering processes, including configuration management and design standards to ensure compliance, relevance, and sustainability. Research and evaluate tools and technologies suitable to the network environment, developing solutions to increase performance and reduce total cost of ownership. Perform capacity planning of the network by monitoring and analyzing performance and availability. Provide Tier III escalation and technical engineering support, including off‑hours assistance as needed. Demonstrate in‑depth implementation and troubleshooting experience with protocols such as BGP, EIGRP, MPLS, DMVPN, VPNs, and SD‑WAN. Configure network devices and services (e.g., Cisco routers and switches, Cisco Nexus data‑center switches, Cisco ASA firewalls, Palo Alto firewalls, NetScaler, VPN, QoS, voice, and Extreme Wireless systems). Maintain and upgrade network systems, applying service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations. Work with LAN and data‑center technologies such as Ethernet, Spanning Tree Protocol, and First Hop Redundancy protocols. Follow configuration and change‑management policies to ensure approval and success of network changes. Monitor ITSM incidents and requests related to the network queue. Coordinate and manage vendors and IT personnel for problem resolution. Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures. Qualifications Minimum of 12 years relevant networking experience. Bachelor's degree in a related field. CCNA required; CCNP, CCDA/CCDP preferred. Proficiency in English; Spanish advanced level desired. Strong technical knowledge and experience in enterprise class network environments, including multiple WAN locations, international sites, data centers, VPLS, VLAN segmentation. Good knowledge of VoIP technologies (QoS, MGCP, RTP, SIP, H.323). Expertise with current network hardware and protocols (Cisco and Nexus switches, ISR routers, ASA platforms, TCP/IP, EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, STP, PBR, VRF, MLPP, SNMP). Excellent hardware and IOS troubleshooting skills. Experience with network management, performance monitoring, inventory, and backup tools. Competence with testing tools and procedures for voice, data circuits, packet capturing, and protocol analysis. Travel Requirements Travel minimal, as needed, up to 10 % of time.
