Office Clerk – Pendleton, Oregon Admiral Beverage is seeking a detail‑oriented and dedicated Office Clerk to join our team in Pendleton, Oregon. This position runs Monday through Friday – afternoons. Responsibilities Assist in answering phones, directing calls, and welcoming visitors. Prepare correspondence, bills, statements, receipts, checks, or other documents, copying information from one record to another. Receive, count, document, and deposit cash from daily route receipts. Reconcile invoices with daily cash receipts by correcting errors, collecting shortages, or paying overages to drivers. Prepare vendor coin boxes and rolls needed for full‑service routes. Secure all monies into the safe after tying and tagging each bag. Retain, protect, retrieve, and dispose of records as directed. Present a professional image by wearing appropriate business attire and grooming. Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisors. Qualifications 1 year of college or technical school experience preferred. 6 months of previous experience in a similar role preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and the Office Suite. Ability to calculate and apply algebra concepts. Excellent time‑management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Commitment to integrity and cultural awareness. Physical Demands Require frequent sitting or standing. Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities are required.
