Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (18:30 - 07:00) Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience required License: State License required, pending license accepted with proof of application and fingerprints Certifications: RN BLS ACLS Advanced NRP Fetal Monitoring (AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring, AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring, or Relias Fetal Heart Monitoring) Must-Have: Labor, postpartum, antepartum, cesarean section, post-op, and newborn care experience Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable setting. The shifts are scheduled for three nights per week from 18:30 to 07:00. Travelers will be required to work every other weekend. Some holiday work will be required as necessary. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary certifications and skills in the specified areas. This position involves a hands-on approach to care for patients throughout the labor and delivery process. Candidates must have experience in labor, postpartum care, antepartum care, cesarean sections, and newborn care. Travelers will be required to complete designated education within the first week of the assignment. Refusal to float as requested may result in contract cancellation. Local candidates are not accepted; candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility. Finalized requests for time off must be submitted with the application. Candidates will need to comply with all required protocols and documentation as part of the application process.
