Responsibilities Shift Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. They provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness for customers. They perform tasks such as planning each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a successful shift. They may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and for helping their assigned departments meet their goals. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy a fast‑paced environment. Candidates must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate‑owned restaurants.
