Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and execute individualized care plans.
  
  
• 
  Administer prescribed medications and treatments following established protocols and policies.
  
  
• 
  Document patient care accurately and in compliance with standards of practice.
  
  
• 
  Participate in performance improvement activities and shared governance initiatives.
  
  
• 
  Support patients and families through education and emotional support while maintaining safety and quality standards.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold an active Wisconsin RN license.
  
  
• 
  Verify education credentials and provide current NIHSS certification.
  
  
• 
  Maintain CPR/BLS certification.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate experience in Med/Surg, Peds, Ortho/Neuro, or Sub-Acute care settings.
  
  
• 
  Ability to float across multiple inpatient units as needed.
  
  
• 
  Strong critical thinking and patient safety skills.
