Job Location: New York City, NY (Onsite) Overview Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with hands-on Workday Recruiting experience to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technology roles. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with hiring managers to source, screen, and onboard top IT talent efficiently using Workday ATS. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions. Utilize Workday Recruiting for job postings, candidate tracking, and reporting. Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases. Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams. Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure timely hiring decisions. Maintain candidate pipeline and provide regular hiring updates. Qualifications 3–6 years of experience as an IT Recruiter. Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
