Application Developer - Siebel

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze business requirements with functional teams
• Design, develop, and customize Siebel CRM applications using eScript and VBScript
• Perform Siebel application installation, configuration, and administration across environments
• Manage migration activities and submit migration control documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams on connectivity, patches, upgrades, and database activities
• Conduct unit testing and support system and integration testing efforts
• Develop and maintain Siebel integrations using EAI (Web Services, JMS)
• Debug and resolve issues related to Siebel enterprise, servers, and performance
• Provide operational support and respond to production issues
• Write ad-hoc queries to support business and operational needs
• Participate in deployment of Siebel objects between environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

Skills:

• Siebel CRM development (IP17 or above)
• Siebel eScript and VBScript customization
• Siebel architecture (Gateway Server, Enterprise Server, Siebel Server)
• Tomcat server configuration and support
• Siebel workflows, LOVs, Service Requests, Activities, and attachments
• Siebel EAI integrations (Web Services, JMS)
• Siebel performance tuning and optimization
• Migration and deployment of Siebel objects
• Siebel authentication methods (LDAP, SSO, ADSI)
• Oracle Database experience with Siebel
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of variable scope (global vs local)
• Ad-hoc query development and operational reporting
