REGIONAL CDL-A TRUCK DRIVER 56 DAYS OUT / HOME WEEKENDS

A small, growing trucking company is looking for a dependable, safety-focused CDL-A driver for a regional position.

Drivers typically stay on the road 56 days and return home for a 34-hour reset, generally on weekends.

PAY

25%30% of load revenue

Typical weekly earnings: $1,500$2,500

Starting percentage depends on experience, driving record, safety history, and overall qualifications.

Strong, experienced drivers with an excellent record may qualify for the higher end of the pay range.

100% of detention pay goes to the driver.

Layover pay when applicable.

Regional CDL-A position

56 days on the road

Home for 34-hour reset, generally on weekends

Dry van freight

Mostly no-touch freight

Assigned truck

No forced dispatch

Regional routes throughout the Northeast and surrounding states

EQUIPMENT

Freightliner Cascadia sleeper

Well-maintained equipment

Automatic and manual trucks available

Sleeper equipped for overnight stays

CLEAN DRIVING RECORD REQUIRED

A clean MVR and safety record are extremely important for this position.

Driving history will be reviewed as part of the hiring process.

Applicants with a clean driving and safety record will receive priority consideration.

Applicants with recent preventable accidents, serious moving violations, reckless driving history, DUI/DWI, or significant safety violations are strongly encouraged not to apply.

NEW CDL GRADUATES WELCOME

Recent CDL-A graduates are encouraged to apply.

We are willing to train the right person, even with limited professional driving experience.

Takes care of the truck and equipment

Is comfortable staying on the road during the week

Wants to learn and build experience

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

Valid Class A CDL

Clean and acceptable MVR

Good safety history

Must meet DOT requirements

Must be comfortable staying in the truck 56 days

Must be dependable and communicate well

Experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate
