The Green Recruitment Company is conducting a confidential search for a Vice President of Project Finance on behalf of a leading renewable energy IPP.Due to the confidential nature of the mandate, the company name and additional identifying details are being withheld. We have signed an NDA with the client and are currently working with them to assess the market and identify experienced Project Finance professionals who may be open to exploring a new opportunity.The OpportunityThis is a senior-level opportunity for an experienced Project Finance professional to play a key role in financing and executing a growing portfolio of renewable energy projects. The VP will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams across development, investments, legal, accounting, and commercial functions.Ideal BackgroundThe client is interested in speaking with professionals who have:10+ years of relevant experience in Project Finance, Infrastructure Finance, Energy Finance, or a related fieldStrong experience executing renewable energy or infrastructure financingsA strong understanding of project finance structures, debt, tax equity, and/or structured capitalExperience managing transactions from initial structuring through financial closeExperience working directly with lenders and other capital providersExcellent communication and relationship-management skillsA track record of operating effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentConfidentialityThis is a confidential search.
