Details Work in the Emergency Department of a Level I Trauma Center Night shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00-7:00 Must be able to work all 7 days with no special scheduling accommodations due to union facility requirements EPIC EMR experience preferred Handles cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, and care of ventilated patients Provides triage and psych/behavioral health ED care Requirements Active MA RN license in hand required Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS required; NIHSS and TNCC preferred Minimum 1.5 years of RN experience required, 2 years preferred Level I Trauma Center experience required Must be able to read and interpret telemetry Two professional references required, with at least one from a Nurse Manager or higher Additional Information Must pass two separate pass/fail exams during orientation: a medication exam and a telemetry exam, each with only one attempt allowed Failure to pass either exam will result in immediate cancellation of the contract Study materials will be provided during the compliance process and facility-directed interviews Accepts local candidates within a 200-mile radius at the same bill rate Candidates must have a 12-month separation from the health system if previously employed there Up to 14 days of requested time off may be submitted for review, with no time off allowed during the first week of assignment American Traveler Job ID P-742635.
