Salary: $16.30 - $19.15+/hour

The Deerfield is seeking Part-Time Servers to join our team.

Hours:

• Tuesday, Thursday and every other Friday, Saturday, Sunday 11:00am-6:30pm
• Every other Saturday and Sunday 8:00am-2:00pm
• Friday 3:30p-6:30p and every other Saturday and Sunday 4:00pm-6:30pm

Located 20 minutes east of Stillwater, MN, The Deerfield in New Richmond, Wisconsin, is surrounded by five lovely acres. This beautifully landscaped community is convenient to the nearby nature reserve, medical and dental clinics, a pharmacy, and hospital.

This community offers the following care options: Assisted Living, Assisted Living Memory Care, Care Center/Long Term Care, and Long-Term Care with Memory Care.

Responsibilities

The Server / Dietary Aide is responsible for creating a high quality dining experience for customers by assisting with meal preparation, dining room preparation, and meal service consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated compatibility with PHS' mission and operating philosophies.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

Full-time benefits-eligible employment begins at a minimum of 30 hours per week:
