Job Description Job Description Aloha Pools & Spas, the largest Pool and Spa company in the Mid South is looking to fill the role of Service Assistant/Dispatcher. We are looking for someone with above average computer skills, good note taking skills, and excellent customer service/communication.
Service Assistant/Data Entry
-Takes phone calls from customers and enters service orders into the computer system.
-Gathers information and relays information to service techs in the field.
-Relays information to customers via email, phone, and text message.
-Assists the service manager with scheduling service calls and collecting credit card payments as needed.
-Uses Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) for creating/editing documents, spreadsheets, data entry, and sending/receiving emails.
