Role: Product Owner – Pharma Contracting Analytics

Compensation: Up to $50 hr.

Location: Hybrid – 3 days/week in office located in Central NJ

Length of Contract: 6+ months

Position Description:

Product Owner for a suite of Qlik dashboards supporting pharmaceutical commercial and government contracting analytics across multiple therapeutic areas and payer teams.

Responsibilities:

• Contracting Analytics: Support contracting and rebate analytics for commercial, GPO, IDN, and payer business teams.
• Payer Analytics: Support payer performance, market share, and gross-to-net reporting.
• Product Ownership: Own the backlog and translate business needs into Jira epics and user stories.
• Agile Delivery: Run sprint ceremonies and prioritize work across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Testing & Release: Coordinate QA/UAT, business sign-off, and production releases.
• Production Support: Manage production issues and root-cause analysis.
• Team Coordination: Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and offshore development, data, and QA teams.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 5+ years as a Product Owner or Business Analyst
• Hands-on experience with pharmaceutical contracting, rebates, chargebacks, or gross-to-net
• Qlik dashboard experience (Tableau or Power BI considered)
• Agile/Scrum and Jira experience
• Experience working with offshore teams

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
