We are on a journey to optimize our Workday solutions and provide our employees with a modern, intuitive and empowering experience. This position will help ensure continuity and ongoing support for our Compensation and Leaves function within Workday, while partnering with HR to deliver enhancements on our roadmap.Our analysts serve as strategic partners to ensure numerous groups within HR to ensure our technology solutions for HR processes are optimally set up and executed. Scope of work spans issue analysis, designs, configuration, testing and implementation of solutions for new and existing systems and functionality. Our team is highly collaborative and skilled in developing solutions that ensure effective integration with other Workday modules and enterprise systems.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze, recommend, design, configure, test, and implement complex new functional and break/fix solutions for assigned HR products (e.g., payroll, benefits, compensation), leveraging technical expertise through an agile methodologyParticipate in cross-functional HR projects and initiatives as the HRIS application owner for assigned HR productsMaintain knowledge of new upcoming features and functionality within Prime's HR information systems landscape, and partner with Product Owners to provide recommendations for uptakeProvide consultation and technical support to other HRIS AnalystsOther duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience; HS diploma or GED is required5 years of work experience supporting HR information systems (e.g., Workday, Ceridian, Ultipro), including at least 2 years of experience with Workday configurationMust be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorshipAdditional QualificationsIntermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Excel (e.g., Macros, pivot tables, advanced charts/graphs, conditional formatting, data tables, basic programming) and PowerPoint functionalityAbility to effectively communicate technical information to all levels within the organizationAbility to manage several deliverables in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience with building/supporting Workday integrationsDemonstrated experience implementing effective HR functional solutions leveraging technologyHR information system upgrade or implementation experienceEvery employee must understand, comply with and attest to the security responsibilities and security controls unique to their job, and comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements and internal policies and procedures.Every employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the job and, if requested, reasonable accommodations will be made to enable employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions, absent undue hardship.
