Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Utilize critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment in clinical decision-making.
- Assess patient conditions, monitor status, and respond to changes in clinical presentation in a timely manner.
- Document care provided and ensure accuracy and compliance with facility policies and procedures.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Oregon (or eligible to practice in Oregon)
- Ability to work nights and adapt to a 12-hour shift schedule
- Capacity to deliver care in a medical-surgical setting and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and clinical judgment skills
