Requirements
- Current State RN Licensure
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification required or obtained within 6 months of hire
- PALS certification preferred but not required
- EPNC and TNCC certifications preferred but not required
- Ability to operate advanced medical equipment, including A-lines and chest tubes
- Basic cardiac telemetry and EKG interpretation skills

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide care to hemodynamically stable or predictably unstable patients in a medical/surgical unit.
- Offer physical, emotional, spiritual, and cultural support to patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care and desired outcomes.
- Assess and implement established policies and procedures with minimal supervision.
- Act as a clinical leader and assist with precepting staff.
- Manage medications, including common IV medications.
