About RadiantRadiant is an El Segundo, CA-based startup building the world’s first mass-produced, portable nuclear microreactors. The company’s first reactor, Kaleidos, is a 1-megawatt, fail-safe microreactor that can be transported anywhere power is needed and run for up to 5 years without refueling. Portable nuclear power with rapid-deploy capability can replace similar-sized diesel generators and provide critical asset support for hospitals, data centers, remote sites, and military bases. Radiant’s unique, practical approach to nuclear development leverages modern software engineering to rapidly deliver safe, factory-built microreactors that use existing, well-qualified materials. Founded in 2020, Radiant is on track to test its first reactor at the Idaho National Laboratory this summer, with initial customer deliveries beginning in 2028.The ERP Solutions Engineer,Finance designs, configures, integrates, and supports the finance modules of the company’s ERP platform. This role partners with Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Procurement, and Tax to translate business requirements into scalable, well-controlled system solutions that support accurate financial close, reporting, and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design and ConfigurationGather and document requirements from Finance stakeholders and translate them into functional and technical designsConfigure and maintain ERP finance modules, such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Project Accounting, and ProcurementMaintain the chart of accounts, ledgers, currencies, tax settings, approval workflows, and period-close configurationsIntegration and DevelopmentDesign and support integrations between the ERP and surrounding systems (banking, payroll, expense management, CRM, billing, data warehouse) using APIs, middleware, or ETL toolsDevelop reports, dashboards, and custom extensions using the platform’s native tools and SQLSupport data migration, conversion, and reconciliation during implementations, upgrades, and acquisitionsOperations and SupportServe as Tier 2/3 support for finance users, resolving incidents and root-causing system issuesSupport month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including period-open/close and batch job monitoringManage release cycles, patches, and upgrades, including regression and user acceptance testingControls and ComplianceImplement and maintain system controls supporting SOX, internal audit, and segregation-of-duties requirementsMaintain change management documentation, test evidence, and access reviewsSupport internal and external audit requests related to system configuration and controlsContinuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities for automation and process improvement across the record-to-report, procure-to-pay, and order-to-cash cyclesCreate and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guidesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)3-5+ years of experience supporting or implementing ERP finance modules (e.g., Oracle Fusion/EBS, SAP S/4HANA, NetSuite)Solid understanding of core accounting principles and financial close processesProficiency in SQL and experience with reporting toolsExperience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, flat-file interfaces, middleware)Familiarity with change management, testing methodologies, and SDLCStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Oracle Fusion ERP implementation or migration projectsKnowledge of SOX and IT general controlsExperience with integration platforms or scriptingExposure to Agile or hybrid project deliveryRelevant certifications (e.g., CPA, vendor ERP certification, PMP)Experience in government contracting or regulated industries, if applicableCompetenciesBusiness-minded technologist who can speak both “finance” and “IT”Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and controlsAble to manage multiple priorities during close and project deadlinesCollaborative, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical usersBenefits and PerksStock: Substantial incentive stock plan for all full-time employees.Medical: 100% up to base silver level plan for employee + 50% dependents, offers up to Platinum plans.One Medical: Sponsored memberships for employees and their dependents.Vision: 100% top tier plan coverage + 50% for dependents.Dental: 100% top tier plan coverage, orthodontia extra, 50% for dependents.Voluntary life, accident, hospital, critical illness, commuter and FSA/HSA are offered as employee contributed benefits.8-weeks of paid parental leave for all parents.
