FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Restaurant Associates are hiring immediately for full‑time Front of House Lead Supervisor positions at LACMA Café (5905 Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90036). Prior barista or dining experience is required. Schedule is full time with possible variation; weekend availability is required. Pay range: $25.00–$26.00 per hour. Job Summary Monitors the food service operation to ensure the production of top quality products and service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste. Ensures staff is on task, quality assurance standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized. Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate. Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds. Abides by company safety policies: use of medium weight cut gloves when handling knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins or cleaning a slicer; use of oven mitts, fryer gloves or steamer gloves when handling hot pans; use of slip‑resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques.
