Summary Manager Retail Accounts – The company seeks a candidate to oversee indirect and/or direct headquarters responsibilities, represent client/customer products and promotions, and perform in‑store execution duties consistent with retail sales associates. The role involves selling within assigned territories, ensuring client standards are met, and driving volume growth. Develop selling tools and tactics in partnership with client/customer account managers. Increase sales volume through promotional activities and display creation. Ensure all authorized items are represented, tagged, and comply with pricing guidelines. Maintain good customer relations, provide timely reporting, and manage shelf standards. Secure promotional placements such as POGs, feature ads, displays, racks, and POS equipment. Attend trade shows and market client/customer events. Maintain brand representation and effectiveness across all touchpoints. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred. 1–2 years of sales/retail experience, preferably with direct retail team (DRT). Strong sales presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage conflicting priorities to drive win‑win outcomes. Advanced analytical and project‑management abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Physical capability to lift up to 74 pounds, stand for long periods, and handle store conditions.
