About This Office

Independence Family Dental Care is a thriving, patient-focused practice located in Kansas City, MO, supported by a strong and collaborative team of 16 dental professionals. We take pride in creating a positive, welcoming environment where both patients and team members feel valued, respected, and motivated to succeed.

Our office operates Tuesday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, offering a consistent schedule that promotes work-life balance while maintaining a steady, productive flow of patients.

Qualifications:

• Current dental hygienist license
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office
• Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
