Media Supervisor

Summary: Marketing firm with over 40 years of success, specializing in radio, print, broadcast, digital and branding. We're hiring a Media Supervisor to own cross-platform media strategy for our client roster, from the first recommendation deck through campaign execution and results reporting. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Media Directors, with two or three junior team members looking to you for day-to-day direction. What you'll do Build media strategies and campaign plans across digital and traditional channels, then execute them hands-on Write recommendation decks, POVs, and competitive analysis for client presentations Track campaign performance against KPIs and adjust in-flight when something isn't working Manage vendor relationships and keep the team current on shifts in the media landscape Present directly to clients on strategy, performance, and market opportunities Partner with the analytics team to fold media reporting into broader campaign dashboards Direct the daily work of junior media staff and help develop their skills What you need 5-7 years planning multi-channel, multi-market campaigns, with at least 2 years specifically in online planning and buying Experience managing campaigns with annual budgets of $1M or more Working knowledge of Google Analytics or a comparable web analytics platform Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, plus the ability to present to clients directly Familiarity with syndicated research tools like Resonate, MRI, Scarborough, SQAD, or Vivvix Comfort managing multiple accounts and deadlines at once Ability to work independently while staying closely aligned with client services Hybrid in office, Tues and Thursday #J-18808-Ljbffr
