Step into an opportunity to support students from early childhood through high school by providing essential speech and language therapy services in a dynamic school environment. This full-time contract position runs from July 22, 2026, to May 28, 2027, and offers the chance to work across multiple attendance areas with a broad and diverse student population, ranging from 3K to 12th grade.

Desired skills and qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• South Carolina SLP licensure (or eligibility)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Previous experience in school settings preferred, though not required
• Comfortable serving students with varying diagnoses and ability levels
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Key responsibilities:

• Provide screening, evaluation, and direct therapy services to students aged 3K-12th grade
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success
• Deliver consultative services and participate in IEP meetings
• Maintain timely and complete documentation of assessments, progress, and interventions
• Adjust therapy approaches as needed to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs
• Travel as necessary between school sites in Pageland, Chesterfield, Cheraw, Jefferson, or McBee attendance areas
