Production Associate

Essential Functions Maintain a safe working environment at all times, including housekeeping and compliance to safety rules. Perform jobs in assembly, material handling, or wood finishing. Be available to help in other areas as required. Learn new skills, support other team members, make improvements, and other actions to help the team achieve its goals. Understand information on pick‑lists and cabinet labels. Be willing to be cross‑trained and accept additional tasks when need arises to meet customer demands. Other duties as requested. Education, Experience And Skills High school diploma or general equivalency degree (GED) is preferred. One to 3 years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred. Good written and oral communication skills. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to comprehend and follow instructions. Ability to work independently and in a teamwork environment.
