About the Role

As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for managing residential installation projects from start to finish. This includes overseeing jobsite workflow, ensuring high-quality installations, mentoring junior installers, and maintaining strong communication with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential installations of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
• Perform system replacements, ductwork, condensers, heat pumps, furnaces, and related components
• Ensure all installations meet company standards, code requirements, and manufacturer specifications
• Train and mentor installation helpers and apprentices
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, providing updates and ensuring a positive customer experience
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
• Coordinate with office staff, service teams, and management to ensure smooth project completion
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Strong knowledge of residential equipment and installation best practices
• EPA certification
• Ability to lead and motivate a team on the jobsite
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record 21+ years old
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in attics, basements, or confined spaces as needed
