Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol in Imperial PA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and support access control and badge processes. You will provide exceptional customer service communicate clearly and use computer or tablet tools to document activity. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors contractors and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures policies and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of technology facilities office areas entrances parking areas and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity verify credentials in accordance with site procedures and report access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner following established escalation protocols.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports regarding patrols incidents observations and security-related activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
