Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities 1. Development & Execution of the Digital Marketing Strategy: Build a holistic digital marketing strategy aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. Coordinate initiatives across all relevant digital channels (e.g., Social Media, SEA, Display, CRM & Affiliate). Ensure consistent brand and communication logic across all touchpoints. 2. Performance Marketing & Funnel Optimization: Plan and optimize performance campaigns to increase traffic, conversion, and ROI. Analyze cross‑channel funnel KPIs and derive data‑driven optimization measures. Collaborate with central performance marketing teams to ensure efficient budget allocation. 3. Content & Channel Management: Oversee the digital content strategy, including planning, production, and distribution across all paid media channels. Own target‑group‑specific content to maximize relevance, engagement, and conversion. Ensure brand‑compliant, high‑quality content delivery in alignment with the central performance marketing team. 4. Website & Conversion Optimization: Conduct A/B tests and implement landing page enhancements to improve conversion rates. 5. Data Analysis, Reporting & Insights: Establish a cross‑channel reporting framework including KPI definitions, dashboards, and recurring analyses. Derive strategic insights to advance the digital marketing agenda. Prepare management reports to support data‑driven decision‑making. 6. Project & Stakeholder Management: Manage digital initiatives in close collaboration with Marketing, Design, Product, CRM, Sales, and external partners.
