- Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Assist clients with selecting services, packages, and products
- Meet monthly sales goals for spa packages and memberships
- Process payments and handle the register
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Support spa staff and assist with general spa operations
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive client experience
- Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with sales and meeting monthly sales goals
- Organized and reliable
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to multitask in a busy spa environment
- Pay starts at $14/hour and up , depending on experience and performance
- Commission on package and product sales
