Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repair tasks throughout the facility. Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs. Troubleshoot and resolve basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues. Maintain building systems, equipment, and common areas. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures. Assist with preventative maintenance programs. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
