Business Data Analyst

To support the Claims and Provider Dispute Resolution departments, the full-time remote Business Data Analyst will analyze and manage data systems, generate operational reports, and present analytic findings while ensuring compliance with reporting requirements. Key Responsibilities Provide data analysis and reporting solutions to various business units to support operational goals Collaborate with business units and compliance teams to define and document reporting requirements Query multiple data sources using SQL and develop reports and dashboards using Power BI and SSRS Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field At least three years of experience in healthcare related to Data Analysis, Database Development, or Database Administration Experience in a Managed Care environment is preferred Familiarity with Managed Care Applications (MCA) or Healthcare Core systems (e.g., Epic, FACETS) is a plus Experience with SSIS, Power Apps, and Power Automate is advantageous
