Client Advisory Partner – Water/Wastewater Utilities Location Overland Park, KS Ann Arbor, MI Austin, TX Houston, TX Dallas, TX Chicago, IL We are looking for an experienced client‑advisor to partner with CAMs, Client Segment Leaders, and Enterprise Innovation to drive growth in water and wastewater utilities across the United States. Key Responsibilities Lead IA client engagement activities from opportunity creation to business capture. Generate and qualify business leads in the region. Co‑develop client strategy with CAMs (segmentation, prioritization, key accounts, sales/GTM strategy). Co‑develop marketing strategy in collaboration with Strategic Growth. Accountable for client satisfaction and region P&L. Monitor industry trends to ensure competitive positioning. Provide region account/ client strategy and oversight. Identify strategic, target and opportunistic accounts. Serve as the voice of the account/client within IA. Conduct account/client satisfaction surveys for IA engagements. Implement strategies to enable IA to obtain new business sales. Coordinate with other market sectors to pursue new business sales. Develop and implement the strategic go‑to‑market framework. Execute large account management process (Gold Sheet) for strategic accounts. Lead and guide strategic account team. Lead the "Zippering" process for IA professionals and counterparts inside the account/client organization. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). At least 15 years of high‑stake client strategy and pursuit strategy experience. Ability to complete pre‑employment onboarding requirements (background check, drug screen, etc.). Preferred Qualifications Sales and business development acumen, including contract negotiation. Strategic development and implementation experience. Certifications related to area of expertise. Work Environment & Physical Demands Hybrid or flexible work options after first 90 days, based on manager discretion. Travel up to 50% of the time.
