Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Apartment Maintenance Tech to join our team full-time.

The role involves working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. This position is initially temporary with the potential for a permanent role based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior apartment renovations with a focus on plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall tasks.

• Utilize troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.

• Conduct installations and appliance repairs as required.

• Use various hand and power tools effectively to complete renovation tasks.

• Deliver high-quality painting and repair work to enhance apartment interiors.

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor with residents.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, and drywall.

• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.

• Experience with hand tools and power tools.

• Ability to perform installations and appliance repairs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anaheim, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
