Project Manager - Oracle Fusion ERP Implementation (Contract) / 100% Remote / (6 Month Contract)

• We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of a major Oracle Fusion ERP implementation.
• This is a hands-on project leadership role focused on driving ERP workstreams from planning through execution, with a strong emphasis on financial processes, governance, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence.
• The successful candidate will bring direct ERP implementation experience, exceptional project execution skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
• This role is ideal for a project manager who enjoys owning detailed project delivery while operating in a complex enterprise environment.

TOP REQUIRED SKILLS

• ERP Implementation Project Management - Direct Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation experience
• Financial services, banking, or credit union experience
• Experience supporting finance, accounting, procurement, source-to-pay, procure-to-pay, or general ledger processes
• Significant experience leading complex enterprise technology or business transformation projects
• Hands-On Project Planning, and Governance
• Proven experience managing delivery through Azure DevOps
• Background combining traditional project management with Agile delivery practices
• Experience working with Scrum teams without functioning exclusively as a Scrum Master
• Executive Communication, Collaboration, and Adaptability
• Experience collaborating with system integrators, enterprise software vendors, or external implementation partners.
• Familiarity with Clarity or Clarity PPM is helpful but not required. The company can provide training and project coordination support for the tool.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Project Delivery

• Lead assigned workstreams within an Oracle Fusion ERP implementation.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
• Manage project risks, issues, decisions, actions, and change requests.
• Coordinate work across business, technology, finance, procurement, and vendor teams.
• Drive project execution and accountability across multiple stakeholders.
• Identify delivery risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure successful completion of project deliverables within agreed timelines.

Project Governance & Reporting

• Create and maintain project documentation, governance artifacts, and executive reporting materials.
• Produce status reports, steering committee presentations, and leadership updates.
• Track project progress and delivery performance using Azure DevOps.
• Maintain accurate project data to support executive decision-making and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise project management and governance standards.

Stakeholder & Executive Management

• Build strong relationships with business leaders, technology leaders, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and recommendations clearly and concisely.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and resolve delivery challenges.
• Present effectively to top level leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Partner closely with fellow Project Managers, Program Leadership, and delivery teams.

Agile & Hybrid Delivery Leadership

• Apply Agile and traditional project management methodologies in a hybrid delivery environment.
• Partner with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and technical teams.
• Support sprint execution while maintaining overall project accountability.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for planning, tracking, reporting, and delivery management.

This is an opportunity to play a critical role in a high-visibility ERP transformation initiative, partnering with business and technology leaders to deliver meaningful operational and financial process improvements across the organization.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
