Responsibilities Establishing and maintaining Guest Services. Overseeing and being accountable for the operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through controlling expenses, shrinkage, human resources management, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures in daily store operations. Qualifications Minimum age requirement of 21. Prior retail management experience is required.
