Are you ready to build your career by joining an international energy and utilities organization? If so, our client is hiring an Accounting Coordinator (Billing Support).
Position Type:
- Contract
- On-Site
Required:
- Some previous accounting and billing experience.
- Receive training, guidance, and problem solving support from supervisor on a regular basis.
- Continually work on accounting skill development and enhancing knowledge of the accounting processes and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Bill customers as quickly and as accurately as possible after receiving all the required documentation.
- Manage intercompany billing for the Facility to Field Services, assigned journal entries and ad hoc accounting requests by immediate supervisor.
- Provides support for special projects, audits and annual activities including budget preparation.
- Duties include generating accounts receivable invoices and prepare for mailing, research and resolve billing discrepancies, and prepare monthly statements and correspondence as needed.
