As a consultative seller, you will engage business and technology leaders to identify workforce and project needs while growing a portfolio of strategic accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business DevelopmentProspect, develop, and secure new client relationships within SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise organizations.Drive revenue growth through cold outreach, networking, referrals, client meetings, and industry events.Build relationships with executive stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, IT Directors, and business leaders.Conduct consultative discovery conversations to identify hiring, project, and technology consulting opportunities.Create and execute territory plans to consistently exceed sales and revenue goals.Relationship & Account GrowthConvert new client wins into long-term strategic partnerships.Expand existing accounts through cross-selling and consultative solution discussions.Serve as a trusted advisor by providing market insights, workforce trends, and technology staffing solutions.Maintain strong client relationships to uncover additional opportunities and drive ongoing growth.What Success Looks LikeConsistently acquires new logos and develops new business opportunities.Builds strong executive-level relationships and earns trusted advisor status.Demonstrates a hunter mentality with a passion for prospecting and business development.Thinks strategically, acts consultatively, and focuses on long-term account growth.Thrives in a competitive, goal-oriented environment and is motivated by performance and results.Qualifications3-5+ years of B2B sales, business development, account executive, technology sales, or consultative solution sales experience.Proven success generating new business and exceeding revenue targets.Strong prospecting and pipeline development skills.Executive presence with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven with a strong desire to win.
