Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Certified Diabetes Educator to join their team in Round Rock, Texas. The role requires providing individualized self-management education to patients and families, developing educational programs, and participating in quality improvement activities. The successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and experience in diabetes care, with strong communication and teaching skills.
