The role consists of land development, water distribution and wastewater design & construction. The role will coordinate, design and manage projects with the client stakeholders. What you'll get to do: Plan review, quality control, maintaining budgetary limits & schedules. Leading multi-disciplinary teams and operational integration of both routine & non-routine environment issues into project execution. Managing and leading subcontracted design teams. Serve as civil engineering liaison between government entities such as the U.S. Army Garrison and Directorate of Public Works. Other responsibilities and duties as assigned/arise with client projects. Who you are: Required: Must have an active Professional Engineer (PE) license in good standing (any state) Must possess at minimum and bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering 5+ Years in civil engineering with emphasis on land development, water distribution and wastewater design and construction Experience working with permitting agencies such as the Maryland Department of the Environment What's in it for you: Annual Paid Time Off: Sick Leave: 5 Days (40 Hours) Vacation: 15 Days (120 Hours) Holidays: 11 Federal Holidays (88 Hours) observed in accordance with mcfa's Holiday Schedule "mcfa way" Bonus Program: Following your first full quarter worked, you will qualify for a profit-share bonus that is distributed at the end of each quarter if company targets are hit.
