In this role, you will lead a post implementation team focused on helping customers manage, optimize, and enhance their live application as part of operations. Managing with a focus on operational excellence includes:Ensuring customer and employee successLeading through hands-on and strategic initiativesCultivating a positive and productive environmentDriving new practices to support ongoing adoption of new features and capabilitiesCreating innovative collateral to support live customersPartnering with global and cross-function teams to provide the best outcomesAre you ready to leverage your leadership to bring innovation to the Quality Cloud?This is a remote, US-based, position with required travel.What You'll DoLead a post implementation team that services customers of Veeva Quality CloudResponsible for hiring, performance management, and mentorshipExecute as a Services Delivery Lead for multiple customer engagements as a non-billable resource. Dedicate up to 25% of time engaging with customersManaging supply and demand of your team. Responsible for staffing the right people on the right post-implementation projects and providing oversight to ensure delivery successSupport and coach your team. Find and create billable work to drive productivity and hold your team accountableManage escalations and support sales and other teams in the pre-sales processCultivate trusted relationships with customersProvide executive oversight of internal initiatives and project sponsorshipBuild an internal network across Veeva – Sales, Strategy, Product, and Services - to champion customer and employee successRequirements5+ years of software services experience at a software vendor or consulting firm2+ years in people managementHas grown and led a team of customer-facing software consultantsOperational excellence in leading Services including utilization and resource managementAbility to travel up to 25% of the timeInterviewing with VeevaWe value your time and believe in a transparent hiring process. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions.
