About the Role:
As a Dietary Supervisor , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and patient satisfaction in our dietary department. Your responsibilities will include supervising and coordinating the daily operations of the kitchen, managing food preparation and service, and developing and implementing nutrition care plans. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, monitoring food inventory, and communicating effectively with healthcare staff, patients, and families.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and service
Develop and implement nutrition care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures
Monitor food inventory and manage supplies
Maintain accurate records and reports, including clinical and financial data
Communicate effectively with healthcare staff, patients, and families
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
